Zhejiang Juguan Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd. (formerly Rongsun Filter Manufacturing) is a modern high-tech enterprise that integrates R&D, manufacturing, and sales of advanced filtration solutions. With a diverse portfolio of over 3,000 product models—including fuel, oil, air, cabin, hydraulic, and industrial filters—we maintain an annual production capacity of over 10 million units, supported by a robust supply chain to meet diverse global demands.

Our journey began in 1999 with the establishment of Dongguan Wanjiang Rongsun Filter Factory. In 2003, we relocated to Lishui, Zhejiang, and were renamed Zhejiang Rongsun Filter Manufacturing Co., Ltd. That same year, we built a nationwide network of 28 distributors and began our expansion into international markets. In 2007, we moved to Jiaxing, a key economic hub in the Yangtze River Delta, where we scaled up production and became a preferred OEM supplier for leading domestic and global manufacturers. Our long-term strategic partnerships with multiple Fortune 500 companies reflect our commitment to driving technological innovation and industry progress.

The year 2018 marked a strategic evolution with the founding of Zhejiang Juguan, established to propel the Rongsun brand into its next chapter of global growth. 2022

In 2022, Juguan Filtration became the strategic partner of Shell Corporation.

2020

In 2020, Rongsun brand filters were sold to more than 56 countries in the world, sales turnover exceed 10 millions RMB.

2018

In 2018, Zhejiang Juguan Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd was established.

2012

In 2012, our factory was rewarded for High-Tech enterprise.

2010

In 2010, our factory was certificated by ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management, ISO14000 environment management.

2009

In 2009, developed more efficient gearbox filter for Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group Co., Ltd which replaced the original imported filter.

2007

In 2007, purchased 54000 square meters in Zhejiang Jiaxing city with investment 200 million RMB.

2006

In 2006, started the OEM program of fuel and oil filter assembly for Doosan Infracore.

2005

In 2005, worked with Pall Corporation UK to develop together of Automotive Fuel Filter for Land Rover, and became the only qualified automotive fuel filter supplier of Land Rover in China.

2004

In 2004, Successfully established 28 provincial subcompanies for filter distribution, and in cooperation with Beijing Pall Corporation for high efficient transformer filter with break through success that year.
